'LaCrosse Fest' Draws Hundreds

Hundreds of people braved 90-degree weather for the second annual LaCrosse Fest on the Fire Department grounds in LaCrosse today.

The downtown event included arts and crafts, food from South Hill Rotary Club and La Crosse-Bracey Ruritan Club, music from several gospel groups and the Blackridge Boys, Superstition Band, Donna Kempo, an antique and classic car show, children’ s rides on an old fire truck, a fun run, games for the kids from Lake Country Moon Bounce and a civil war reenactment.
